Another hollywood prima donna! I don't care who you are, or how much money you make, everyone deserves respect.
This little creep thinks he's beyond respect, just because he memorizes a script. Fuck him...
The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.

Even so, he went on and on about it when he could have just cooled off on his own. I could understand a momentary blowup, but wow, the clip is 4 minutes long when they decided to record it. Do you hear the other people's responses? They are not even a bit hostile.
Imagine if one of your co-workers blew up on you like this at work. Man.

I get yelled at at-least 2 or 3 times a year by my partner here at our solar company. He is one of very few people in the nation who has in-depth knowledge of alternative energy systems. I am apprenticing under him so I take it like a man and then later he apologizes and we are all good. He gets bombarded for his skill all day long and sometimes needs to vent, he'll even get short with a customer or two, I'd rather he vent at me than them but it happpens. The funny thing is that the customers always remain because they know they aren't going to get better information.
Yeah it may be overboard and uncalled for but in the end guys like this are in-demand so they can act anyway they want cause no one is gonna say shit about it. You all know you too wouldn't give a flying mother-fuck if you were indispensable...
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
My dad always said if you could learn something valuable from someone, just shut up and listen. I agree. It seems you can really learn a lot from your co-worker, but is Bale really teaching the DP anything here? And please tell me your co-worker doesn't go off on you for four minutes at a time.
It may be unfair to say because I am not in the position yet, but even if I felt I was highly sought after and indispensable in my line of work, I don't think I could ever treat anyone in the manner that Bale treated the DP and crew. But yes, when it comes to the end of the day, Bale indeed contributes greatly to the well-being of his co-worker's careers (ie. if the movie does great, you're going to be in higher demand yourself on future productions). Even so, I would not consider them his "underlings," which is how he spoke to them.
