What does it matter what the other side is?

If you did that and a cop saw it you would be arrested on the spot...It doesnt matter if the other person was "lippy" and kicked a shoe at you, if you went and slammed their head into a wall and started punching them you would be arrested

In all seriousness that does seem to be excessive from the small video clip we were able to see. she was already in a holding cell and not violent to herself yet. lock her ass in the cell and ignore her for 48 hours or so.

How does softly kicking your shoe off deserve having your face slammed into a wall, and then getting powerslammed to the ground and punched and kneed and then snatched up by the hair? Keep in mind she is fifteen and has shitty ass parents...... I just don't see justice in a big ass cop man handling a juvenile especially that violently for a simple little kick of a shoe.....

Kids have always been brats, look at books like Jane Eyre, David Copperfield, Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn, Holden Caulfield, they all went through rebellious, tantrumoniuos, and somewhat violent and criminal phases.... All of those books were written before many of us were born, hell before my parents were born and yet I see the same shenanigans and foolishness in kids today. I think it's a defense mecahnism to appear tougher and meaner than they really feel so that they aren't trampled before they can spread their seeds or have their eggs seeded you know.....
