    Body Hair?

Every male in my family as far back as I've known is fairly hairy. My Grandfather, father, and brother all have full beards and hairy chest.. I'm 25 yrs old (well past puberty, lol) and my facial hair comes in very patchy.. I just look dirty if I grow it out much. Also I have very little chest hair and it comes in patchy too.. is this weird?

Second question.. Do most of you shave your entire bodies? Chest/arms/stomach/legs etc? For the heck of it I tried waxing recently (had g/f wax my a$$) and it seems to have worked great. What do you do about unwanted body hair? Is this approached differently for those of you who are dating?

I hate body hair, I keep my arms, chest, stomach and arm pits shaved year round, its a pain in the ass, and in the summer I shave my legs.

I don't mind body hair at all - but I freaking HATE stubble. It feels HORRIBLE to cuddle up to. Body hair is silky.

Meh. I come from a generation that just figured men were hairy. I draw the line at back-hair though.

    this

only not my pits or legs

I shave year round because I hate the hair and it also gets uncomfortable and itchy whenever it starts growing back, so if you shave it once plan to keep shaving it about every day or two or else it will be very uncomfortable.

    Im talking pubes too

Seems time consuming to have to shave all body parts almost every day! I hardly keep up with my face! Anyone wax? How about Nair? A friend of mine (idiot) tried to nair his face.. obviously it didnt turn out well... he ended up with red burns and patches of hair for a few weeks..

How do you guys shave your chest hair without it feeling prickly afterwards? I use a regular electric razor to shave it off but the next few days it's all prickly and uncomfortable. How do i get that smooth feeling like women do for their legs?

Eflornithine is also an effective hair growth inhibiting agent. As a topical application, the drug has been shown to be an effective hair growth retardant in some patients, and is sold under the brand name Vaniqa (eflornithine hydrochloride 13.9%). Efficacy data submitted to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) observed about 58% of women using it on facial hair had improvement.[8] This study suggested it may be particularly effective in postmenopausal women. One large published study on safety found the product rarely caused significant side effects such as acne, follicle irritation, itching or dryness.[9] This corroborates unpublished data submitted to FDA showing about 2% of subjects discontinued use due to adverse reactions.
It is partly the development of the hair removal market that encouraged Aventis to re-start the manufacture of eflornithine, and which allowed it to once again become available for use in sleeping sickness.

I don't grow much hair on the body. Thought it was a hormonal problem but my levels are normal. I can barely grow facial hair either. My uncle is the same way. I wish I could grow some facial hair but then I would have to shave every couple days. Right now I shave about once every 5 days.

I'm the same way, I want to grow facial hair, but I usually get patches and look like a psycho or something.

My best friend and I always try to one-up each other. He starts growing a beard, I do my best to grow one, he shaved his head, I went nearly bald as well. I freaking love the guy, I hang out with him whenever I get the chance, it seems like we do everything together (he's got a girlfriend but he spends most of his free time with me - she's so jealous of me ).

His beard always grows in nicely (I always joke with him telling him it looks all mangy and all he's missing is the foam around the mouth - then he starts scratching it and tapping his foot ) - I love to see that beard!
