No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

I read a couple Twitter pages of Musicians and Author's that I like, it's like a blog but more succinct and to the point. Some people abuse it and send every little detail about their life.
"Sitting on the toilet taking a dump, turds are that greenish, probably from the collard greens I ate. Holy shit does it stink in here!!!!"
"Wiped my ass and why don't they make like every 3rd sheet of toilet paper with a slightly rubberized backing so we could get away with using less and could wipe better.....?"
