Thread: Going on a cruise

I went a cruise once but it was the Carribean, not Mexico. Pretty good chance we'll take another in 2010.

I had a blast. I got maybe five hours sleep every night. Every day was "get up early, stay up late."

Sure, I've taken that Mexican Riviera cruise twice. Carnival out of Long Beach the other Princess out of San Pedro. Both times I had a blast, cruising is soo much fun, there's always some sort of entertainment to amuse yourself with and the food, oh my gosh, there's soo much food!

never been on a cruise, but I have been to Mexico 5 times.

Yeah, get ready for about 5 hours of sleep a night. But you can make up the lost sleep after the trip.

I'm suppose to be on an all-inclusive vaca in Mexico in July. Not sure if I'm going yet or not

I went on an all expenses paid 6 month cruise half-way around the world and back. Stopped in Sydney for 5 days, Albany W. Aus., several stops in Dubai, Bahrain, UAE and then Phuket, Thailand for 7 days, Hong Kong for 5 day's then back to Hawaii.....of course while on board it was no fun but in Port I had a blast.....

all inclusive, the only way to do it Mexico!

August is a ways away. I suppose you could cancel and get a refund - if you've already paid.

There is a lot of hysteria at the moment.

Just be careful, don't get the swine flu!

I just thought that very thought this afternoon.was looking for European cruises. Gonna fly from here, to Dubai to Rome. Hmm...maybe stay a couple days in Rome too...

Dubai for a couple days would be cool too......

yessir! Was told by the site manager that the best thing t odo was t oget into Dubai, stay the night and fly out the next day.
Its $$ though...
A friend of mine went there. said you get dinner reservations at that hotel (100 bucks) and you can roam the hotel. I think it costs money if you just want to go and look around. Might as well have very good food while I'm there.
