A bear in need is a bear indeed

Can anyone out there put the ultimate diet 2.0 in layman's terms, i.e. outline a solid diet plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks for several months of so? I am trying to lose about 15 pounds of fat. I train daily, but have no foundational plan for nutrition and diet.
I really just need to know what to eat and when to eat it for losing fat & maintaining muscle.

    My stats:
    6'1"
    214 lbs.
    31 years old

Let me know if you need to know more. Thanks a TON!

UD2.0 is not just a diet but a whole diet/training routine. If you want to do it, buy the book and do it.

It doesn't bode well for initial impressions of your true dedication and work ethic by making such a request, Fatsauce. I agree with unreal. Or you can google around and get some sense of an idea.

    Fatsauce,

Did you buy the book and read it? I'm not going to make any assumptions. If you did what specifically do you need help with.

I have the book. I understand that it is based on a keto diet that revolves around depletion and re-glycogenation. Some of the technical terms are difficult to understand, and I'm just requesting some help in actually building out a meal plan.
Thanks RoosterTX for not making assumptions and offering some advice. I really appreciate the dank bro-ness.

Hey, Merkaba, nice pics, but your calves look way under-developed.
Also, your lats appear quite illusive. Is that caused by the angle of the photos? Nice abs though.

    Hey Moondogg,
Sorry if I came across as taking cheap shots @ Merk. Didn;t mean that at all. I guess I just assumed we were all professionals here on the same path and talking about things as important as development of weaker body parts, posing, and photography seemed like fair game. You'd think after posting 757 times, you'd understand that. No offense, but I think your a little too sensitive.

By the way, is anyone willing to not waste time and help me out with the Ultimate Diet 2.0 plan? Thanks.

Right, you new here, so I’ll try and give you a quick rundown of how things go.

If you have a good attitude and ask intelligent questions you will get more help than you ever asked for. We also like to have fun around here at every available opportunity and you’re new so for at least a while expect some of that fun to be at your expense.

This thread isn’t too bad, you’re looking for help with UD2.0 which is fair enough, but telling merk that his calves and lats are shit in your third post is a bit disrespectful. At least tell us who you are before you give us shit.

As for your thread in the open chat section, well that's just strange. This forum is not full of cocky macho bodybuilders. We're normal people who happen to have the common interest of lifting heavy shit and eating well.

    Welcome to IM.

i read the book 3 times, wrote draft after draft of diet plans and workouts, tried what i thought was a good plan for a week, reread the book, tweaked the plan, and finally after a month of planning did UD2.0 for a month. invest some effort and you too can be proud of what you've accomplished

edit: nevermind, you're just a troll

I've never read ultimate diet, but I have read The Ketogenic Diet. Not sure how similar they are.

    Well, MoonDogg,
    Thank you for the introduction.
Here's a little information about me so that you don't feel so lost out there.
#1: I've posted a new pic of myself taken last year. Feel free to check it out.
#2: I was training for competition when you were shitting yellow.
#3: I was in a debilitating motorcycle accident last summer and that's why I'm trying to get back in the mix with this UD2.0, which is quite new to me.
#4: I don't appreciate it when young cocky assholes, or anyone else for that matter, put words in my mouth.

Now here is some advice for you: Post a picture of yourself, offer some sound advice, or shut the fuck up.

Unless you have some information about UD2.0, we're done here.

    Sincerely,
    FatSauce Mcghee

ps - Feel free to dish it out. I've fucked bigger girls than you before.

    Hey San Antonio,
That "fist pumping in the club" post was all in jest. It's an inside joke between a couple of us guys on here. Sorry for any confusion. I'm not trolling.
But for the record, I am queerer than a football bat.

I don’t really know what to make of this....but let’s give it a shot:

You look pretty good in your pic, but you definitely have some sort of attitude problem. We get it, you’re the alpha male or whatever you want to call yourself. You'll soon find out that nobody around here cares how great you think you are and they will just end up ignoring your posts.

Sorry to hear about the accident, I was in a bad car crash in September of last year so I can relate (although mine only kept me away from training for 2 months). As far as you training when I was shitting yellow, big deal? What relevance does that have to anything? Just today I was talking to a couple of guys in my gym that have been training since before I was born, but that doesn't make them more knowledgeable than me and that sure as hell doesn’t make them in better shape.

UD2.0 - I have yet to run this program, although I am very familiar with Lyle's work and his other diet programs, such as PSMF. If Built has a look in here she may decide to help you, or not depending on what she thinks of your attitude.

Serious questions - What’s your current bf% and what does your diet currently look like (I don’t care what you eat we just need the total calories and macronutrient breakdown).

As for fucking bigger girls than me, I hope not. I’m the same height as you at 208lbs and around 12%bf. If you want ill PM you a pic in about 4 weeks when I finish my bulk for the summer.

My bad, Moondogg. I've fucked bigger girls with a lower body fat %. But you are obviously a feisty little femme. You'd prolly be a load of fun.
ps - you're still not helping. So from this point forward, I will not be responding to any more of your bullshit. Feel free to post and let out all that pent up aggresion though. Sorry for the short lived bro-mance, Moondogg!

Built? Are you out there? I hear you are the guru of UD2. Holler at your boy!

haha...well if you've noticed I don't do as much hanging around as I used to and I damn sure won't be fucking off with wasting my time.

He says it was constructive criticism. If so, then he failed english, or forgot that words are all you have on the internet. We'll just have to see.

Fatsauce, That was my first show. Built helped me with my diet. And uh, yea anything you see thats short of reminiscent of The Oak is the camera mans fault. Being a rookie poser doesn't help either.

Built will want your fitday or your macs so go ahead and get it ready. Have you wrote out your plan based on the info or are you waiting. If you've read the book i don't see what the problem is. What are you having trouble with? Do you know your maintenance?

I had some more worst stuff written but I'll hold my tongue...or fingers, or whatever you wanna say.
