The Human Condition:
What's up with those people that take to long to answer a question. Simple questions: " Is it raining outside ? 30sec. pause.......No. At first I thought I was just being ignored, I would have been more comfortable with that but it's just how this person responds to all questions, complex or simple. This is a strange and annoying human condition.

I saw this 2 days ago and decided to ruminate on it before saying, sometimes people are thinking something else through and don't have to instantly stop and respond to narcissistic-instant-gratifites like you or sometimes they don't have the answer and need a moment to find out, we aren't google.
