I ordered from you before and had a TD in 3days... order number two, placed the last week... hasn't even shown up for tracking via usps. Did you create the label and put it under your desk?
Emailed you guys about it and you say you'll figure it out, never got back to me.... now I get to push a planned cycle another week until I can cancel my order with you or get you to actually send me the products:wits:

Sadly we can't control customs :( but on the flip side we have seen stuff sit at customs for a long time and still get delivered.

Any luck, hopefully it isn't held too much longer. I had a friend in Canada waiting for customs t release some epi bought elsewhere for 2 months. It definitely isn't just an issue with Orbit, but is sucks nonetheless hope it arrives soon.
Sucks about customs. Hopefully they will let it deliver.
