This thread is specifically for information regarding Black Lion Formeron including but not limited to dosing and prescribed use.

Each bottle of Formeron contains 120ml at 50mg/ml

Dosing is 1-2 ml ED but some guys go higher.
Normally, on cycle 1-2 ml is sufficient. Some go higher to benefit from the PH conversion to hydroxytest 4-OHT.

Black Lions transdermal carrier is very good at getting the formestane through the skin.

Half life is approx 12 hours. Transdermals tend to absorb over about 12 hours meaning that while its in the skin its not yet in the bloodstream.
In injected preparations the half life was estimated at 30hrs.

Formestane is a suicidal aromatase inhibitor.
It was used a a medication successfully for many years. It was an injection, however, and significantly anabolic so it was discontinued in favor of non anabolic orals.

Here are just a few of its benefits:

Increases test production

Reduces conversion to estrogen.

Causes downregulation of the estrogen receptor.---Maybe this is why I really dont need an AI anymore even with 2 grams of test.

Increase in IGF-1...This was successful mainly in high dose patients.

Acts as a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. This means it can effectively combat some of the potential negative side effects such as hair loss and prostate enlargement.

I would prefer any info about this stuff be science based.
There was a ton of misinformation about Formestane out there.
The truth is its far better than I once thought.

There are no pheramones.
It does smell pleasant though.

A couple years ago i got a transdermal formestane that smelled terrible....and the scent stuck around for hours........

Formeron smells nice.

Dude you should try it. It's like Aromasin it's a suicide AI meaning it can't convert to Estrogen. And it Anabolic which is great. Doesn't mess with your lipids like L-Dex and no pill or nasty liquid to swallow. Just rub it on your forearm's after your shower. You can use it as your only AI during cycle and also use it in PCT to help keep gain's.

The thing is...most of the time we rely on companies selling AI's that state directly that your not suppose to eat it. So....when you do and nothing happens or you grow tits you have no recourse because they told you not to eat it. This is how these guys get away with selling sugar water.
Formeron will always....every time...100% be a strong reliable AI for every purpose where an AI might be used.

43 postmenopausal breast cancer patients were treated orally with the aromatase inhibitor formestane (4-hydroxyandrostenedione) at daily doses of 62.5, 125, 250 or 500 mg for 4 weeks followed by 250 mg daily for a further 4 weeks. For some patients, 62.5 mg did not suppress serum oestradiol levels maximally. The doses of 250 and 500 mg did not differ in their effectiveness. Oestrone levels were suppressed by all doses of formestane but no consistent changes of aldosterone, cortisol or 17-hydroxyprogesterone occurred. Serum levels of sex hormone binding globulin fell by about 15% during treatment with 250 mg formestane reflecting its minor androgenic activity. The maximum concentration and area under the curve of serum formestane levels after the first dose varied in an approximately linear manner with dose. It is concluded that formestane is an effective, specific suppressant of oestradiol levels via the oral route requiring no more than 250 mg to be given daily.

any limits on how long I can run this? I'm running this on (PH) cycle - want to continue through pct,etc and back on - any issues to worry about? (I know this was mentioned already somewhere, but now that we're getting all our ducks in a row...)

There are no issues associated with long term use. This drug when used as a medication was regularly used for extended periods.....years....with no reported negative sides except for injection site irritation. Since this preparation is not an injection there is pretty much no worries.
Run it from start of your cycle through PCT and beyond.
Formeron will continue to elevate testosterone levels even above human normals

Formeron is meant to replace aromasin and arimidex for your cycles and PCT.
With Black Lion products you know your getting what you pay for everytime.
There is no hoping for the best like there is with research chem sites.

out of curiosity, how long should one wait if he just came off an OTC AI before running formeron? I just ran Erase Pro for ~8 weeks and I figure I'd give about a 2-4 week break before starting formeron. I was just wondering if that was completely necessary or if a longer wait time would be needed. Obviously, my E levels should be low(er) in theory due to the Erase Pro so the effects of Formeron may not be as obvious but should still be noticed.

You shouldnt need to long a break imo if one at all.
