hey i placed an order from orbit on 4-12-12 and it shows still processing is that normal i would have tought i might get it today but it shows it has not even left to ship yet.i tried to pm orbit and i emailed them no responds just wondering whats the deal.it has been a little while since i ordered from them can not rember if they send you tracking #?

like i said in my op i emailed and pmed a rep still no responds and know tracking i did get half my order in yesterday maybe the other half will show up today idk?

it happened ot me one time, i didnt get a tracking number but it still showed up in 6 days, and that was thru the APO to Kuwait. Never had any problems with them. I usually get multiple boxes becuse it ships from different warehouses.

You usually do get tracking info as soon as yet reply tar it is being shipped .
First email will just show that you ordered as s receipt

well all most a week and i am still waiting on that email with tracking.or at least respond to my pm or email before i placed and paid he responded to my pm in secounds
