Every now and then I'll be reviewing products from Orbit to let you guys know my personal feedback and what one can expect from it..

I'm about 3 weeks into dosing this product at just 2 caps a day instead of the full dosage. I take 2 mid day and I am on a lean cut/recomp

diet: eating at maintenance with balanced macros, moderate fat carb and high protein

effects: urinating more than usual, but biggest effect for me is appetite suppression, no unusual sweating out of the norm... I can still sleep well at night as I'm trying to avoid dosing any thermogenics too close to bedtime.

It's a good supplement to try without breaking the bank but your diet has to be in check, like all other supps...
