Arrow A topical fat loss cream that actually works - DermaTherm Target

Ironmag Members,

The new DermaTherm Target is here.

Now with a higher concentration of theophylline, DermaTherm Target has a more powerful site specific action. Theophylline stimulates cAMP, which ultimately results in increased lipase activity at the fat cell. (7,8) Lipase is the fat dissolving enzyme that breaks down fat into fatty acids, so it can be used for energy. (8)

Several human studies have confirmed theophylline to be effective for reducing fat mass at the site of application. (1-4) In one study with men and women, during a calorie deficient diet, theophylline reduced waist circumference 110% over the control group.(2) In another study, women who used theophylline cream around their thigh’s for 5 weeks had an up to a 300% reduction in thigh circumference over the placebo group. (1)

DermaTherm Target further enhances fat loss with raspberry ketone and evodiamine to assist in the lipolysis and lipase activity. (5,6)

Human research shows that DermaTherm Target can offer the following benefits-

  • Increase fat loss up to 300% at the site off application (1-4)
  • Offers noticeable results in as little as 5 weeks (1)
  • Safe for men and women and side effect free (1-4)
  • Improve tone and tightness while reducing water retention and bloat

DermaTherm Target dries within minutes and leaves a warm tingle sensation as the ingredients penetrate the skin. One bottle lasts up to 60 days at the average 2 pump dose.

Do you have these two studies handy?

Fat cell lipolysis induced by theophylline in obese subjects before and after caloric restriction
G Chiodini, et al
Arch Maragliano Patol Clin, Jan 1979; 35: 7-11.

Topical fat reduction from the waist.
Caruso MK, et al
Diabetes Obes Metab. 2007 May;9(3):300-3.

What amount of theophylline is in your product?

In this study, Anti-obese action of raspberry ketone., the subjects were fed the raspberry ketone. Is there reason to believe that applying it topically to the skin will have the same effect? Also, since the subjects are mice, how confident are we that this will work in humans?

Yes, I can email you full texts of any study you need.

Just PM me with your email addy.

Here are the active ingredients per 2 pump application (3.8ml)

Theophylline – 50mg
Raspberry Ketone – 44mg
Evodiamine – 23mg
Trans-cinnamaldehyde – 17mg

Raspberry ketone (RK) is a very soluble and small light weight molecule so it will easily pass the skin. RK doesn’t need conversion or activation, so it will theoretically be active right at the site of dermal penetration.

I've tried some of these topical fatloss products and they really don't work for spot treatment. I've been told by those who claim to have a thorough understanding of topical skin delivery products that these products never make it past the skin. Instead the get stuck in some layer and the blood vessels bring them into circulation in the bloodtream hence why the effects are systematic instead of localized.

I've also been told the same applies to topical steroids. They won't have direct effect on the muscle groups applied to because they never make it far enough and become systematic.

Some of the active ingredients will be taken up systemically, but remember it has to travel through the fatty dermis to get to the capillaries to take it into system circulation… and this is where the theophylline is doing its work, right below the stratum corneum in the adipose tissue.

The research is very solid for topical theophylline which is the main ingredient in our DermaTherm Target. Its been shown to work in several human studies, so there is no doubt that the product does what it is supposed to.

I can email you the full text studies if you like.
