Right been there last friday the doc says i do not have gyno! Thanks god but i do have a less tad defelop rib cage 
my right 1 is a liltle off then my lift side lol weird but not harmful at all
So ima start this h drol cycle here .. My cals will be at 3000 aday protine around 250g carbs about the same fats 80g .... So heres what im thinking
