Hey guys, I'm new to this forumsn and I think is great advice you give out!
I need help to increase some muscle speacially weight in overall.
I'm 17 yrs old, I'm 5'11" in height, weight 155 lbs but I'm getting near 160 lbs by now.
I'm taking 4 packets of Weight gainers a day, 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, 1 at like 7:00 PM, and the last one 1 before i go to sleep.
I eat lots of protein, like chiken, steaks, tunas, ect.
I would get get up to 180-190 lbs, Can anyone tell me how gain mass (not fat)the fastest way.
BTW, i work out too, but don't know how intense to start, so any advice would be greatfully appreciated!!
