hey whats up my names phil im 18 years old i lift 6 days a week along with wrestling practice which is my cardio i weigh about 205lb's and im 5'11 i have about 11% body fat. i actually gain muscle pretty fast considering i eat on average 8-10 meals a day each containing 50-60 grams of carbs and protein along with 16-20 glasses of water a day. lifting is my passion and i want to do anything to be bigger and stronger so if you could help improve my eating plans i would greatly appreciate that.
