My stomach is decently flat, but the part right under my stomach and above my pelvis is somewhat fatty.
It???s like there???s a little bit of fat sagging beneath my stomach.
How can I get rid of this?
I jog, do sit-ups every day, lift medium weights and take part in martial arts during the week.
