It would depend on your goals. If you want to be as big as possible then don't do it at all. If you feel you must do cardio for some reason I would separate it from your lifting by several hours. I would never do both at the same time. YMMV
after... if I do cardio before, I dont have as much energy to lift.. when I do cardio after, I feel like I have already kickstarted the blood from lifting...
depends what you want..if muscle building is your goal then i would do cardio after....but the best is to do it another day.
5-10 mns of cardio is good before a workout but this counts as a warmup.
