This is a two part question. I recently moved into a 2 bedroom house from a 3. I don't even have room for the treadmill so me and the wife are looking at the bowflex max m5. Does anyone have any experience with this unit?
Also, one of the reasons we are looking at this unit is because there is zero impact. I have had two knee surgeries from playing baseball for 20 years and only have 30% cartilage left in each knee. Wife was a dancer and played softball all through high school and college and her hips are shot.
Will this unit be sufficient in our goals?
