I've been blessed with very few issues/missing packages since I've been ordering from naps. Unfortunately, I had 3 issues within a pretty short time span this year.
Naps fixed every one of those issues as soon as I emailed them. It's really nice to see a company take care of its customers as well as Naps does. Yet another reason why they are the best.
