At least once a year I strain one of my pecs. I was benching on the smith machine because it's my only option if I wanna bench at planet fitness. I bottomed out to get a good deep last rep and felt that achey pinch where the top of my pec ties into my front delt and armpit. I was able to constitute the rest on my workout at
full strength with some un comfort and insecurity I would end up tearing it. I hate being hurt ESP when I hurt myself. Can't stop thinking about it . Feels bad mannnn
There's a fine line between pushing yourself to the limit and pushing yourself over the limit. I've been there man so I feel you.
