Relatively new to bodybuilding
38 years old, 5'10" 185lbs
Little training experience. Wrestled up to about 7th grade, inactive since then.
Lifted year and a half 2003-2004, have come to find out I wasn't eating enough.
Been lifting a year and a half again - a year with limited results, and then in the last 6 months I figured out diet, supplementation and my workout were all holding me back. Have since put on 10lbs and am fixing form where I was ignorant.
I have set goals in the size & appearance department, would like to get less winded in the bedroom, and want to feel more energy. Considering anabolics & TRT.
