Tough question about MGF cycle
I want to concentrate on my one shoulder and gain mass, I wanna try MGF because of its very localized effects. I have heard that it is better in conjunction with IGF-1 LR3, thoughts? I ONLY care about my one shoulder and I don't care about systemic gains, so what is the best way to approach this. How should I set my cycle up, how often do I pin and at what dose? The muscle is severely injured so there isn't much muscle to it if that helps. Gained a tiny tiny bit more muscle on my lateral deltoid from my IGF cycle so now I think I have just enough to pin IM with MGF. Posterior delt will be a little harder to pin though I can't pin my anterior at all (literally nothing there to pin).
