What is it it to take out 30-40 a day and ice your joints
100mg deca/wk indefinitely has kept my joints as smooth as butter.
I have still not tried deca for this. Im going to give it a whirl sometime soon

As often as you can handle it, stop home on your way home from the gym and grab a bag of ice. Throw it in the bathtub, fill with cold water and soak in it for at least 20 minutes (or until you can't find your balls, for some this will be a lot sooner lmao).
