Diet: I will most likely carb cycle. My diet is very simple and boring; I eat the same thing every day so I will not log my diet. If anyone has questions regarding my diet then I will gladly answer them.
Training: I switch my training routine ALL the time. For this cycle,my main focus is to lift heavy with low reps. Some days I might lift lighter with high reps, it all depends on how I feel at the time. Cardio will be done 2 times a day (25+min each session).
Cycle History: -This will be my 3rd cycle of anavar -I have ZERO experience with HGH -I have done a lot of research with peptides (on my rat).

I actually started using these products on Monday. I did not start my log until yesterday because I did not have my camera and wanted everything done at once so people wouldnt jump on my case about not having pictures included That being said...
Upon opening the packs of anavar I found a lot of them were crushed, its not a big deal at all and have seen this many times before(with other sponsors), I just wanted to note that. Also, because I have ZERO experience with HGH, I will log every little thing that feels new to me. Now, this may sound crazy being so early in the cycle but my skin much clearer and feels tighter Very interesting for sure..

I will definitely be more serious than I was during the FG contest. Throughout that whole contest I was very inconsistent, mainly with cardio and I am one that NEEDS cardio to see the results I want. For this log I will TRULY stick to my cardio plan. Thanks KOS

Just my option anavar to low of dose run 10mg for 7'days then go to 20mg Ed 10mg am and 10mg pm wife almost done with finishing off a cycle of var and primo. Not sure how long you plan var maybe 6 weeks I would think if this is your 3rd cycle of var then you know 10. To 15mg is very low even for a female. If you don't have any bad sides could go as high as 30mg.

People argue this back and forth but I would never go over 20mg and 20mg is even iffy for me(depending where the var is from). I am not a powerlifter or interested in competing in womens bodybuilding so there is no need to keep upping the dose..it can only increase my chances at really screwing myself up. I have had great results from 5-15mg of anavar. Yes I have gone up to 20mg before but my voice started to get scratchy and I backed off. Again, everyone has different goals..and responds differently. It is best to play it safe, in my opinion of course. My goal isnt too extreme, I rely on good diet and hard training to build my physique, and let a "low" dose of anavar push me a little further. Thank you for your opinion Vannesb, sorry for the little rant but I have been reading A LOT of stuff around the forums and this was somewhat a response to that.

keep the Var at levels your body can handle, only you will know that... too much Var will lead to extreme headaches and nose bleeds especially EPs Var... as for the HGH to be honest I would bump it to 2 ius a day either all at once or 1 iu AM and 1 iu PM...I didnt see where you put your age and that is ok id say late 20s? if so your body is already producing and still producing a nice level of HGH on its own, you want to go over that threshold in order to see "true" results of the hgh...2ius ED will last you one kit 50 days... expect sides minor ones in about 2 weeks, meaning CTS (carpel tunnel syndrome) pins and needles in certain parts of your body, extreme hair growth not fun for a female, and your nails will become stronger and grow faster... best of luck and I will be following..

Exactly, I am beginning to find out that this is some serious var so i definitely wont be pushing the dose. I am in my early 20's and I have read many different opinions on HGH dosage for younger women..I agree with you and I will definitely consider your opinion. Thanks for your input!
My skin is getting oily but thats what I expected. I noticed when I was napping today that my hands wouldnt stop tingling ..that really screwed up my nap lol
