    Add Caber or Prami.

I like caber myself .5mg EOD to E3D would be fine for what you're using. Be sure to run it 2-3 weeks after stopping the deca as the half life is very long.

Parmi will increase natural GH but the sides were too much for me and I didn't really care that much for it, it works but the sides weren't the best.

Unless you're extremely sensitive you can use anastrozole and kill some of the water. If you get gyno symptoms I would think it would be from the test.

Have you used these compounds before? You have the option of splitting that gear into two conservative cycles.

i've used test a few times. i've never used deca or eq. it's a blend, so i can't really split it up. aromasin does the trick for me for test.

i have read that progestrin is dependant on estrogen. therefore, if you have your AI dialed in and estrogen under control, progestrin won't be a problem.

i'm trying to find out if this is true, or i HAVE to use caber or something like that.

i'm concerned about progesterone from the deca. is the aromasin going to keep that down too, or will the lack of estrogen keep it down, or do i have to take caber, etc for it?

Estrogen aggrevates gyno from progesterone so you need to control E2 first. Your deca dose is pretty low.
