    i will be taking liver support for a test/winny cycle. have never run orals so not sure how im going to run this. also will be taking milk thistle. from the research ive done it looks like starting the liver support 2 weeks before the winny starts and up until 2 weeks after. is this correct. and what is the amount i should be taking? i want to do this right, my cycle looks like this

    weeks 1-10 test e/500mg/wk
    weeks 5-10 winny/50mg/day
