    clen question...

    dose:
    1/2/3/4/5/6/7/7/7/7/7/7/7/7 - if I can handle 7 that is.
    500mg taurine
    99mg potassium
    1-2 bananas a day
    lots of water
    so my question....
I'm on day 2, and I've got a really bad headache, how do I cure it? am I okay taking headache tablets?
I want to do the course, so I need to make sure I've got everything right.
    thanks

500mg is simply not enough. I take 5000mg of Taurine. "lots of water"? 1.5 gallons or more/ 3-4 liters. Headaches are normal. Just take a painkiller. You didnt mention any shaky hands? "If it aint shakin it aint workin!"- I read that once.
And exactly what is 1-7? Pills? How many mcgs?

sorry, I should of provided better info.

each tablet is 20mcg - so the dose is:

20/40/60/80/100/120/140 then 140mcg for one week - 2weeks max followed by 2 weeks off.

lots of water imo equates to 2 litres.

took 60mcg this morning - hands were shaking about 20 minutes after.

    hope nobody notices - lol

btw - thanks for the minus reputation, you say 'lack of education' but you tell me where it tells me what amount of supplimentation you should take with clen.

with regards to taurine, most documatation states the amount in grams but not in mg.

the whole point of any forum is to ask for advice from people that have more experience, not to be criticised for it.

I should give you a minus rep as well, because you took the time to respond without actually giving any help/ advice.....!!!
