    Another Clen ?

    Ok so I've done some research on this forum and another and figured out most of the info. I see most people say run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with plenty of Potassium and water

    I saw somewhere that to run it no longer than 12 weeks...is that including the off weeks or is that total 12 weeks of using it?

    Also people have said to use benadryl was wondering if it's anything besides to help you sleep and if so how much to take?

    There really isn't a big deal with running it past 12 weeks whether you include or exclude the off weeks because of your beta 2 receptors downregulating to shit. Being on clen for so long even with breaks will eventually cause the clen to lose potency. Essentially, the thermogenic effects of taking it will dry up and you'll be wasting money.

    Benadryl to upregulate beta 2 receptors is just a myth in my opinion. There is no scientific research to show that it upregulates beta 2's and the only thing people can ever argue in its case is "it feels like its working better."

    The only way to upregulate clen is to use ketotifen fumarate, the research chemical. Taking 2-3mg daily before bed will help you stay on clen for longer and keep it effective. With use of ketotifen, you can stay on 6 straight weeks provided you dose enough keto. During the 2nd week do 3mg nightly.

    I completely agree but I've always taken ketotifen at 1mg nightly then upped the dose to 2mg after a couple of weeks.

    No really wanting to do Keto and Clen until I know how my body will react to the clen so right now I'll just stick with the benadryl right now thanks though

    ... Thanks for not listening when I said benadryl don't work? Show me one study saying it does and I'll actually have reason to follow this broscience

    Using it as a sleep aid is another story tho.

    Didn't say you were wrong bro and the reason I am going to stick with the benadryl is because it might help me sleep

    I edited to include the blurb on sleep. I too use it for that reason so no complaints from me.

    I don't really know honestly. When I did 1mg nightly, it didn't feel like it worked well enough. Seems like the clen lost its effects way earlier than I would of liked. But, that's not to say it wouldn't work for you at 1mg nightly.

    Just on the safe side, I will probably do 3mg/night for a week to make sure the clen keeps working. Keto is pretty cheap stuff anyway if you find the right source.
