So I just won 2 IGF DES from pp! First of all thanks a lot. Second of all I don't really know much about peptides other than what I've read here and I want to know everything be fore I run it. I plan on logging it as an appreciation of the contest's prize.
First of all I have to get my protocol straight:
1 - I read a lot of people giving different reason on injecting IM or SubQ. I was looking to shoot IM since DES as a smaller half-life and release would be faster this way.
2 - Do I shoot pre or post workout. I really don't know about this one. some people say you don`t need IGF post-workout because it is when your production spike others say that pre-workout the half-life is too small to make any difference
3 - Dosing: i was looking forward to do 50mcg bi-laterally (left and right tri/bis/quads/delts etc.) will 2x50mcg be sufficient?
4 - Do i shoot it everyday or only every working day? (working as in working out) (if I need to shoot everyday I need to know so I can purchase more from pp )
5 - Mixing: same as hcg or hgh, Bac Water, not touching directly the powder and letting it dissolve, than fridg it?
