So I just ordered 2 vials of 1mg IGF-1 DES 1 3. I see alot of different views on dosing. Do you guys do pre or post work out. Does it have to stay refrigderated? I usually work out at work so not sure how to take. I might get a cold lunch box or something. Also what exactly does this stuff do besides give you great pumps in the gym? Should I take every day for 4 weeks.

I believe GMO recommended bi-lateral post workout injections in the muscle trained. Around 60mcg was a good place start.
