Sup guys.
Im currently cutting right now, trying to get around 3k calories a day. I have some Humulin-R on hand i'd like to start using post workout. I have never slinned while cutting and would like some advice.
I've cut my carbs by about 100-140 grams less than usual. I've lost about 2lbs alone doing this within the first week. Cutting calories by around 500 will help me loose and hopefully maintain most if not all muscle. I don't want to diet to hard and loose my hard earned muscle.
My question is, taking slin while cutting, seems like it would be extremely hard to meet necessary calories i need to loose fat/maintain muscle. Since it is Humulin-R, i wouldn't be able to eat ANY fats for about 6 hours. Thats about 350-400 calories less by not being able to consume fats.
So how does this whole thing play out? Since my body is absorbing everything i eat during those hours, does calorie intake not matter as long as your protein is high and you're eating enough carbs to not go hypo? Replace lost fat calories with extra protein?

read mutants protocol on basskilleronline... this may be a better protocol for u for a few reasons
