    Help for Recovery.

I'm 99% sure I have some form of Tennis Elbow. I've had the problem for years and notice it on certain lifts I perform (mainly tricep workouts). I tried to avoid what causes discomfort the most but that hasn't helped to much.

I plan on getting it checked out by a physiotherapist soon but was wondering what kind of peptides and what not I could take to help it heal faster.

I haven't done much research on peptides and was wondering if anyone could point me in a direction to get started. I know things like AAS and IGF-1/GH would help but as far as specific peptides I'm lost.
I love getting high, I hate getting low, and I like to drive my truck down a muddy dirt road.

I'm a great believer in luck and I find that the harder I work, the more I have of it.

Look into a GHRP/GHRH combo... they work synergistically to create large pulses of your natural HGH. Ipam or GHRP-6 are going to be the best starting point for GHRP's as they are the most mild with least potential for sides. As for the GHRH CJC-1295 w/out DAC is the most popular. Another benefit to the Ipam or 6 is that you don't have to worry about them becoming desensitized from prolong use.

I've had golfers elbow and bicep tendonitis off and on for 15 years. I ran GHRP-2 and CJC 1295 (no dac) for 4 months. Pain is totally gone, I'm kind off blown away. Knee pain is gone too...

Most NSAID's are crap. Ice 3-5X per day. If you are going to use drugs, do 10 days of Naproxen Sodium (Alive), but make sure to take with food and do not drink alcohol while on (it'll fuck up you stomach), do that with ice.

I've got the blue Jell packs you can put in the freezer, you can get 2 for $5 at London Drugs...I use them almost every day...
