That depends on the dose... The higher the dose, the shorter you want to keep the cycle, and the lower the dose the longer you can run it, IGF can be ran every 3 days for months on end, or 3 days on 3 off..Like this your rats will continue to respond.
Some like to take a couple days off here and there just so they dont become desensitized to the peps. Maybe even a week if youre on for a while.
