How many carbs or fat does it take to blunt GH release from petides?
Curious if there is a any research on this. WHY? Well I am a firm believer in getting those proteins and amino acids in after training and fueling the system so I found a pure unflavored hydrolyzed whey protein BUT it has 1gram carb with sugars being .3 of that gram and 1 gram fat and 34gram protein per 38 gram scoop. This sounds ideal for after lifting BUT if the test subject is pinning grf and ghrp2 Will those miniscule amounts interfere with the GH release?
