ok day eleven.....arms.....workout went as follows:
Standing Barbell Curls …….56.5lbs…….8 reps x 5 sets Standing Dumbbell Curls….55lbs…….8 reps x 5 sets Dumbbell Hammer Curls….33lbs…….8 reps x 5 sets Preacher Curls….50lbs……8 reps x 5 sets Dumbbell Concentration Curls….20lbs…..8 reps x 5 sets Lying Barbell Extensions….45lbs……8 reps x 5 sets Tricep Dumbbell Kick Backs…..22lbs……8 reps x 5 sets Reverse Curls….45lbs……8 reps x 5 sets...... ...............now i know alot of you guys will think that i aint doing much but with me being alot smaller than most at only 160 lbs.....its all i got ok...lol...besides.....im expecting this to go up a bit this week with the m-drol kicking in so we shal see...id also like to point out that we work in kilos here in australia so please understand that i have given the nearest weight in lbs as i can with out typing....55.30124548124545454354304305435435435bl ah blah blah......at least i took the time to try for you guys lol......anyways....chest this afternoon...so ill let you know how it goes....until then......smell ya later.....i dunno.....just feeling a bit fruity today....hahaha ![]() |

update, fuggin ouch!!! back pumps put paid to any ideas i had about doing chest this arvo so L-taurine has been incorporated into the routine....im doing 5grams pwo and 5 after.....any ideas on the best way to administer?.....im all ears......

I usually take the taurine at 2g - 3 times a day. Sometimes i would take a fourth time. Hopefully you will get rid of them quickly!

day twelve: well what a fucking shit day!!!!.....nothing to do with back pumps or m-drol though, on my way to the gym and wrote off my car cause a fuckin mammoth roo (kangaroo for all you non aussie folk reading), decided to jump in front of me.....not happy at all....i dont ahre steve irwins passion for the native wildlife lets just say that.....anyways....ill try the taurine at 2g three times and see how it goes on the back pumps...drinking alot more water today as well....anyways......i have not worked out today as i have been getting towed,billed and pissed off with things outta my control....lmao......definately had no probs with aggression?!!!?....ok...seriouslt though...homw work outs from here on till the car prob gets worked out...not happy about it in the slightest but hey what can ya do?.....feeling good today other than the car drama.....tomorrow will be a worthwhile post...sorry for those of you following this....today was a write off in every sense.....unless you are a tow truck driver or insurance salesman....lol...see you tomorrow with something worthwhile....

that's so funny I could never picture just driving down the road and having a f'ing kangaroo jump out in front of me, unless it escaped from the zoo or something. We got plenty of deer where I'm at tho' and I've hit one of them suckers with my car b4. yea that sux, but ya can't do anything to control life. shi1t happens.

day thirteen: ok here comes the turbo charged bit me thinks...feeling fucking awesome.....strength has defiantely got better and my pumps are going through the roof.......filling out alot more and getting alot harder...quality results for the effort i am putting in.....focus is pin point...which is normally hard as at the moment im working at home....cant say enough good things about this stuff.....wanted to stack it to begin with as wasnt sure it would get me what i wanted as a stand alone but that theory has been thrown out the window...ordered more today as i aint missing the boat on this stuff....already planning the next cycle...lol......unleash the fuggin beast......CEL I FUCKING LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW! damn 8 lbs in 2 weeks ain't bad. How's everything else going for ya? Strength increasing nicely? Yea about 2 weeks I should be starting. I may start a week early but IDK yet. I def. can't wait but I want everything to go right too ya know brother. Oh, have you had any problems with lethargy thats pretty much my major concern b/c I have problems with being tired halfway through the day anyway. I've thought about getting up and working out early in the morning to help with it but you're a better man than me getting up so damn early. I don't know if I could get my lazy ass out of the bed.

day fourteen/fifteen: both these days have been rest days...and well desreved too...im weighing in at 76.5kg now and all sets have gone up by a minimum of two...strength is through the roof and focus is strict and crisp...i think alot of this has to do with the results im now seeing and feeling....pumps are going insane....with the workouts going this way i have so much more desire to push myself and we all know that this coupled with sets going to new heights just makes you wanna see how far we can push...this is why i did this cycle and i have definately got the 70kg monkey off my back......woohoo....fuggin stoked on how insane this stuff is....great to see that i have alot of ppl following this thread too...thanks for the support guys...i gotta go to sydney for a week unexpectedly for work training....and i dont got internet there...so this post will be dead for a few days but i wil be writting a log while im away and posting these next 5 days when i get back.....sorry guys but priorities have dictated this....still should make even better reading when i get back....kb bro....good to hear you are getting started soon...if you go half as good as i have so far you gonna be impressed bro.....this stuff is fuggin awesome.....take care guys...catch ya in 5 days with some crazy shit to report....

day sixteen - day twenty two: woohoo!!!!!!!!!!! well saving the best for last is definately the case with this stuff...im heading into week four after pretty much having a week off the weights...i was worried that things would go backwards with no real input aside from the m-drol and the regular supps, but i am pleasantly surprised to find i have just kept it all and even added a further 2 kilos to my overall weight.....as i mentioned earlier in this thread i was tossing up if i would up my daily dose to 30 mg depending on the sides involved.....i am so gunning for the best and the sides have been mild to non existant(thank you anabolic innovations cycle support),the back pumps have all but gone thanks to taurine dosing......im going for broke...so the last week is going to be 30mg a day and ill see where im gonna be in a week...but i can tell you that alot of things have gone totally beyond all expectations....strength is off the charts.....pumps are insane and solid, clean, fuller, simply put....better than i could have hoped for.....weight is steadily increasing although the second through to third week were just silly....i had to check the scales were working a few times to fathom the gains....all in all its been an amazing journey so far and i still got a week left to go.....this is most definately a cycle that im gonna do again.....as for the lethargy side of things....i aint really got too much to say except that it hasnt really effected me much at all..i have had my days of being pretty shattered, but there is no way i can attribute that solely to the m-drol...bear in mind that i have just finished a 56 hour week of working my fuggin ass off....lol...but hey we are all different....for me the worst thing i can say is the back pumps were ugly when they kicked my ass but they been done and dusted and the pro's have made any cons obsolete to the point where im planning to cycle this again......i cant speak highly enough of cel m-drol.....my advice to anybody thinking of doing this or maybe looking into another superdrol clone...is listen to the ppl who have done it....cel are by far the superior producer of this clone, im sure others are equal, but i aint wasting time testing out others.......as they say....'if it aint broke...don't fix it'........

^^ damn I was wondering what happened I knew u had to go off for work but I thought u would of been back by now. That so sux tho' that u couldn't lift the whole one week. Yea that was my main concern was the Lethargy. I have a pretty physical job and I can't be draggin ass all day ya know. I got 2 more days and I'm off to the races. I think i pretty much got everything I need. I 'm thinking about pickin up DHEA just in case I do get lethargic and I should be good. I'm glad you still got what u wanted out of this cycle bro'

day twenty three: well all is going beyond well for me and i am far more than impressed....cant say im feeling a huge difference in the new dosing but the scales dont lie and im still going up....i weigh in every morning before i shower eat or basically do anything to keep the scales as true as possible....at 77 kilo roght now and it seems each workout is putting on around half a kg to a full kg so that is motivating me to go harder still....kb bro.....the lethargy shouldnt be a problem as i know you think of every option to get the most out of yourself.....will be good to compare end results bro.....

Hell yeah. Tomorrow is the day. I'm excited I know it won't be kickin in on me till about 1-2 weeks in but when it does oh boy! That's what's up man I'm glad you didn't get any problems at all. I've heard that cycle support works wonders tho'. I've put on a little weight in the past couple weeks just upping my calories. I'm getting a little soft around the edges but when it comes time for PCT I'm hoping to change all that. Need to look good in time for summer. I'm about 79Kg myself now so if I can be about 84 to 86kg's I'll be happy. Thats about 190lbs for my American brethren. Then after PCT if I lose a couple kilo's it'll be good b/c then it'll just be body fat b/c I'm gonna change my routine during PCT so I don't notice all the strength I lose and specifically to lose the BF. B/C right now my abs have pretty much gone away but I knew that when I started to bulk up. Def. gaining muscle. Kinda makes me not want to start yet so I can gain a little more naturally but I got a concert to go to in June so I'm gonna be drinking that day and I'm def. not doing a methyl and drinking too. Yea I'm just going over a couple more things printing my dosage schedule up. I'm thinking I'm gonna go 10/20/20. And I just need to pick my DHEA up but I'm thinking of waiting just to see if it does make me tired 1st don't wanna waste $$ if I don't have too. And I'm gonna pick up some Taurine def. Looking good tho brother are u running it a full 30 days?

yeah mate im going to run the ful 30 days.....go hard or go home for me and the sides dont rate a mention in comparision to the results....so yeah im looking good for the 30 days and upping to the 30mg p/d.....hope it helps after the week off.....support supps have def helped out heaps in the sides area...as i was worried about them, but they never really came into play and with a tweek here and there they were gone as quick as they came so i couldnt be happier.....hope you get the same kinda kick as i did come week two bro.....are you gonna post before and after pics?
