well after all the drama of usps priority international mail etc...my cycle will be starting tomorrow....i will be posting everyday,even though there wont be much change for a couple of weeks....still i am dedicated to giving a thorough report so i am starting from day one...stay tuned.....

well as i said i will be posting everyday from here on in.....finally got my cycle started....and as we all know, day one is more the satisfaction of knowing the good stuff is not far away....have done a week of anabolic innovations cycle support to tune the liver for the possible stress and apart form that just the norm of creatine and protein shakes....nolva on stand by just in case......so i guess this is it......71kgs,31yrs....3 years at the gym....lets see how good this is......

Day Two:..ok...as i said nothing to reall report and yeah im still taking my creatine along with the cycle...i have looked into it and as with alot of things they will say you shouldnt and some argue it makes no difference....i am doing anabolic innovations cycle support so i figure that my liver can handle the extra load and i dont really cycle my creatine....i dont load it just 5 grams a day pre and post workout.i dont think it will be effecting me adversly so im just gonna play that one by ear for the time being....as for second day of the cycle report....lmao...nothing yet.....im just waiting for the floodgates to open at around day 7-10....then these posts will be alot more interesting i think....until then its pretty much gonna be same old same old...but last night my mrs took the before pic but you all gonna have to wait for the after pic!!...good to see the CEL rep keeping in touch too...

day three:
once again not much to report, no sides, no extreme gains in size or strength,but with that said i am feeling very good......i have noticed also that after my workouts my muscles are staying pumped somewhat....maybe im imagining it....who knows?....only being day three i figure its a little early to expect anything results wise but i swear my body is lapping this up for my first cycle.....i think that my body is reacting well to this as it is a first cycle and therefore is acting a littl like a sponge, also being 31 yrs old may meen that my natuaral test production was slowing down and that is why i am feeling a tiny hint of wellbeing internally.....either way im thinking it aint gonna be long untill i get to feel some definate benifits.....stay tuned...... |

also just a quick querie......any suggestions on pct to run i got anabolic innavations post cycle support....but im thinking of the sci-fit ES3 stack also....along with the nolva,.....anyone had experience with either of these?

what's up brother? AS I have not used either of these IDK 1st hand however believe me when I say I've read page after page on this subject. Is the ES3 stack and ATD based AI? IF so you may want to look into something with formestane in it or 6-bromo. As I've heard it's bad to use as a PCT(ATD not ES3). But you should be good with the nolva 40/40/20/10. With the AI ran alongside it, Now wether you decide to run it inversely opposed to the SERM that's ur call. I've heard opposing arguments either way. Maybe someone with more experience can chime in on this. Also another thing u may want to look into is cortisol control but again thats ur call. I don't think it's necessary IMO as I think you want some cortisol in PCT. But it's all what you decide brother. Oh yea plus u should keep up with the post cycle support too. I think you've got everything covered my man. I know it's only been a couple days but how's it going so far?

day four: good advice and the ES3 is ai.....or so it says..as for the cortisal...i havent really looked into it but will do for sure....being only day four bro not much happening really....its the calm before the storm though...imo.....any advice is good advice so keep it coming and...although its early days all is going very well...maintaining good focus with my workouts and creatine and m-drol doesnt seem to be bothering my liver in the slightest...im feeling all round and have noticed that muscle pumps are still reacting really well right now...no real strength/size gain still but that was never on the agenda this early on...main reason i am posting daily from start to finish is i know i got heaps of help and advice from previous threads but this kind of depth was no where to be found....so i can help the next skinny guy out with this thread then my job is done....i see no point in doing this cycle and keeping it all to myself....leaving the next guy in the dark as to what he can expect from this as a first cycle.....plenty of ppl have been a great help to me so im just trying to give a bit back......

no I realize the ES3 is an AI, I was just wondering if u knew what kind of ingredients are in the bottle? I've heard it's not good to use an ATD based AI in PCT and I was just suggesting something with 6-bromo, 6-oxo, or formestane in it. Oh another question too. How are you running the m-drol? 10/20/20... or?? Yea but you are def. gonna start seeing those gains soon bro'.

6, 17-keto-etiocholeve-3-ol Tetrahydopyranol 50mg 3, 17-keto-etiochol-triene 50mg 6, 7-dihydroxybergamottin (DHB) 50mg ...... .............that is per cap for the ES3 bro.......thanks for the advice ill have to look into the ATD side as i hadnt heard that it may not be a great idea to run an ATD based AI in PCT, as for how am i running the M-Drol?....the usual 10,20,20,20/30...the last week will just depend on how i am going in general with strength,size, and sides really....if im getting the results without nasty sides i think ill still just stick with the 20....but if the sides aint bothering me and im not seeing the gains etc then im keeping the option open for the last week.....from what i hear though...i dont think lack of gains is gonna be a worry the diet is clean and the workouts are going strong.......very strong...im determined to squeeze every result possible outta this cycle....all or nothing.....oh and the pm questions....im 31,72 kg, and 169cm..... |

day five: well after that episode with the weights i am feeling like a million bucks only a quick log today, but have to say for day five i cant wait for full throttle with this cycle...wicked pumps and retention....more reps too....early days but tomorrow will only get better....no sides to speak of just a wicked focussed, freakish show with the weights...just arms today but fug me if they didnt impress me......more details tomorrow...the mrs is comenting already and i gotta go reap the rewards....lol....see ya all tomorrow....

day six: well if this is going to kick into full throttle over the next few days...i cant wait....my strength has gone up slightly for sure and im definately starting to see some slight gains in size....not really seeing anything else and no sides whatsoever.....enjoying this right now as im definately at the start of something big...i expected results at about 10-14 days from other threads i have read but seems im starting a little earlier than that.....no complaints at all though.....just stoked to be on this cycle and to see what the end result will be......see you tomorrow ppl.......

good stuff even if it's only a placebo effect. it's cool knowing that u still got aways to go b4 ur over. I have heard of people feeling it this early on their 1st cycle or after taking awhile off.

day seven: thanks for the encouragemaent and support of the posts so far guys....before and after pics will definately be posted but im saving the best till last with that one...im thinking with this being the end of my first week i may also do a week by week pic come the end of it all....figure that way you will see more than just zero to hero....lol....anyways...much the same to report as yesterday really....slight gains in stength and if the gains in size are anything to go by im gonna be alot different to how i started....pumps are going really well and still no sides at all which is comforting as i was a little worried bout them....not into the full cycle side of things yet though...but its all good signs for now.....im surprised how easy this cycle is being on my liver really...first cycle and all, thought maybe it would be in a little shock but so far so good for anabloic innovations cycle support...seems to be going great guns......creatine is having no effect in the same regard so everything is running like clockwork.....the dose goes up tomorrow so i guess maybe then things will get interesting but until tomorrows post...take it easy guys...im doing anything but....lol......laters for now...

day eight: ok...now im starting to notice gains a little more....not much but still its noticable....i have gained about 1.5 kilo since starting, seems that the stregth gain has hit a plateau for the time being...im thinking this is the point where i just gotta keep pushing hard and once the line is crossed there will be no looking back...all muscle groups are definately getting alot harder and tighter than before and nice and lean and constantly pumped....alot fuller than before when i used to work out so im thinking i made the right choice for the results i wanted...all round very happy with the progress....seeing as im taking the weekend off with the mrs im not really sure if ill post at all...im playing that one by ear but i will say if i notice any significant change in any way...ill be posting it....im a day ahead of most ppl who are following this thread so....ill see the folks in the us on sunday as thats my monday....lmao....see you in the future....

day nine......well the window is open for the effects to start taking place....i think you are right on the money kb bro.....once i get back to lifting next week im expecting some strength results and some weight also.....i have also rethought my work ethic with this second week and instead of taking 2 days off.....except cardio for 45 mins tomorrow im gonna do mon, tues, day off...then thurs,fri....with light lifting and cardio saturday and see how that feels.....

yea thats cool just relax this weekend. I think that would be good. What like upper body mon./ lower body tues./ wed. off/ then upper/ lower again?? Then like u said maybe a little cardio Sat. and maybe dips push-ups. Sh1t like that? I wouldn't go too hard on Saturday maybe just body weight stuff. You need time to recover too. But I don't see any reason not to work hard u should recover faster. Whatever works brother.

day ten: ok ppl....sunday the day of rest....lmao.....ok im weighing in at 72.5kg..(159.8 lbs)...definately bulked up the arms this week but not much else anywhere but thats cool as i didnt expect anything for the first week...so im pleasantly surprised....looking forward to gains in strength and size for this coming week and will be posting lifting stats everyother day from here on....will have to countthe caps in my bottle now as im slack and just thought i looked about right....lol.....if i can put on 15 lbs from this point i will be happy.....
