KelJu's E-stane Log

This is a 4 week log of my results and opinion of SM Muscle's E-Stane.

My dosage will be
Week 1: 20 mg
Week 2: 30 mg
Week 3: 30 mg
Week 4: 30 - 40 mg



I hope to add a little size, and maybe slim down in the process.


Tuesday - 10/07/2008

I was contemplating on trying E-stane, but wasn't sure of how well it worked. A lot of the PH's tempt me. I'm glad you guy's are posting yout trials. I will check back often and see how it goes. Good luck!

E-stane is Epistane, by (CEL)Competitive Edge Labs. Same as RPN Havoc and IBE epistane.
It is a methylated steriod that is good for mass gains.

Fuck me! I posted two pages worth of shit two nights ago, but I closed the window before it made it to the server, and I just now got caught up enough to do it again.

Ok. I do have both cycle support and PCT lined up.
SMMuscle was kind enough to send me a bottle of Competitive Edge Labs Cycle Assist which I wasn't expecting.

Competitive Edge Labs Cycle Assist 240 caps

I had already bought my own cycle support, so I will save some of my stuff for later, but I will add some extra liver aids and milk thistle.

Here is my cycle support plan plan.
Weeks 1-5: Cycle Assist 5 capsules daily
Weeks 1-5: Milk Thistle 1000mg daily
Weeks 1-5: Liver Aid 300mg daily
Weeks 1-5: Hawthorne Berry 1000mg daily

Here is my PCT plan.
Weeks 3-5: LiquiNol (AG-guys brand Nolvadex) 30mg daily
Weeks 3-5: ReboundXT - 25mg daily

My weight is down, and my power is up. I am really loving this E-Stane. My diet hasn't been perfect, but I am satisfied with the progress. This weekend a lot of my friends were telling me that I look the biggest I have ever looked. I guess it is the lean mass more, because I am lighter than I have been in a while.

Well...its complicated. My sleeping is fucked up, but test always did that to me. even with high power sleeping meds, I wake up in the middle of the night like a demented jack in the box ready to tear a wall down.

Someone quit at my job which is putting more responsibility on me, but the boss gave me a $2.50 an hour raise to keep me happy and working 50+ hours a week. My body is drained all of the time, but my numbers keep going up and up.

I feel as big as I have ever been. Lots of friends keep saying that I look bigger than usual. Yesterday, our rug dealers came to show us rugs, which means I get to sling 200lb rugs for 10 hours. The rug dealers said I looked twice as big since the last time the came in December, so it isn;t just my imagination.

I am going out on a whelm and giving E-Stane a . I would feel confident recommending it to anyone that I felt had the common sense to follow a solid cycle support and PCT plan.

dg, is this really necessary? i mean when everyone was doing m1t cycle support was laughed at (saying it wouldnt help at all).

is this harsher than the original UG labs m1t?

No, M1T and SD are harsher. But it is a methyl so you need liver protection.
No way would I do M1T or SD without liver protection and support supps. Crazy.

i was under the assumption that liver support was a hoax.. people did nothing but badmouth milk thistle and all the other stuff that was supposed to protect your liver(back in the day). is there research that it actually helps?
