This is my chest workout.
I train chest once a week and rotate 2 workouts. I got this from jay cutler. I've made great strength gains and muscle fullness gains in my chest from it.

Dextrose and maltodextrin are not the best forms of carbohydrate powder. I would go with highly branched cyclic dextrins or waxy maize.

Can you actually get gear other than just test at Costco??
This is why I always like to spot inject and pin the muscle I'm going to train that day right before I train. It increases inflammation and the pump is more intense.
