Thanks brother, I use the omron hand held device not sure how accurate it is really. I think pics are going to better way to gauge/track my progress my weight is all over the place most of the time...

BF% reads 15.3% (took 3 readings all the same)
I think there is a difference in the pics from the start of this log already. I started at 207lbs with BF% reading...
