ain't that the truth. thought soemthing was wrong with me for a minute when I'd come home and not want to bang every night... just overtraining. up'd my carb intake and traded steady-state cardio...
this is good stuff. intensity of crossfit but with a solid programming aspect to it (if you so choose). not a crossfitter myself, but i do look forward to watching the games on espn this weekend.
if it's a cheat day, you better add some mashed potatoes to that plate!
I used to buy in bulk form proteinfactory.com but haven't been in a while. they're pretty cool bc you can customize your blends. nowadays, i'm lazy about it and just buy off Amazon. lol.
