from what I heard, when there was slavery they picked only the big strong males with big penises (idk what they did with the rest) they had children with other slaves and the big penis gene was passed (so I was told), although today in this day and age I would say the gene is getting less and less dominant. I've seen some black dudes with small dicks, and very little held up the name for 'black dick'. I would have to say the rumor is only half true because only half of them actually have a big penis. mine is 8" btw and I am white.
