L-Arginine helps to increase NO so that will definitely help with erections not sure what the tree bark is supposed to do.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

From what I remember, pycnogenol is supposed to help support NO in the body as well. Very pricey, but it does have other benefits associated with it.

GPLC is another ingredient that's been proven to help increase NO. Sigma Tau's GlycoCarn

A popular and inexpensive combo where I work is Icariin and L-Arginine. Usually out the door for under 20 bucks. Most customers seem to be very satisfied with this combination.

the thing with a cheap Icariin is the standardization will be low.
The raw price for 50% icariin or higher is literally through the damn roof!

with that being said,if you can find a 50% icariin and some grape seed extract or pine bark it is a superb combo for what you are looking for!

    LiveLong has a 50% extract....it's about $50 bucks for 100 caps (500mg)

livelong is actually one of the few companies I would trust for sure! I have used a lot of their stuff.

some companies put a 50% extract at a high dose along with some other stuff in sexual health products or test boosters and sell for $20-30

the math does not add up,lol either they don't mind losing money or its WAY below 50% extract.

when it comes to what goes into your body,I agree with you! livelong is a decent price and quality!

Would increasing NO have that great an affect on erection strength? If already, you know, like an iron bar? lol

Muscletech's old OLD NO product Pump Tech actually worked okay and it had Pycnoganal (sp?) in it. Its supposed to be a pretty good antioxidant but its too expensive for my taste right now. Anyways, just from our own GPLC ive seen far better results as far as pumps go.

I am curious on the GPLC side, I havn't noticed anything, but I take it with a preworkout involving a stim usually, and stims do the opposite to me. Doubt it would be as strong s the effect from TCF-1 lol.

in my experience, not so much the strength (usually it depended on other stuff lol)...but no2 prewo stuff always got my mind off of working out 15-20min after drinking them, which is shit when you want to go hit legs

it definately acts as a vasolidator for all extremities, but iron no

gplc i havent gotten this from, and its in protein and bcaas, no stims......but i am using torem and tcf-1 at the moment so hard to notice gplc even if it did
