    How to last longer

    "If you want to last through a sexual marathon," says Jacques Moritz, M.D., director of gynecology at Roosevelt Hospital, New York City, "the trick is to be in the position that's least tiring. The less body weight you have on you, the less energy you'll spend." Lie on the bed facing each other. The bed becomes the support for most of your weight. Legs should be stacked on top of each other, one of yours on bottom, then hers, then yours, then hers. Keep the movements slow and small. There's no bumping or grinding, no sweating or screaming. This is a very intense and connected position. Pelvises come together and hands are free to explore, but the lack of direct stimulation means you'll have enough control to last longer.

    much like spooning - or her on her back and the male on his side with her legs over his hips works well as well and seems to last for myself, that is until that booty gets turned and directed to me - THE END! (spooning)
