    Just wondering in real life what kinda negative sides do you experience while taking any of these . I have only tried viagra and some stuff over the counter. The sides are exactly the same with both maybe a little worst with the otc stuff which I am all most sure its spiked because its works all to well for just being some herbs .lol Neg Sides for me Flushing of face, swelling of face and hands the next day, and I am not sure 100% but it almost seems like I am depressed the next day after taking. I think to my self every time the day after man its not ever worth taking them. But of course give it a little time and I forget and wanna perform like a champ again.

    I get some stuffed up sinuses. If my dose is too high I get a headache.

    I prefer 10-20mg Cialis before the weekend. Since Cialis is long acting it wears off slowly around 36 hours later so there is no crash. If you only use it a few times per week you won't build a tolerance. Dosing Thursday evening and Saturday evening will keep you ready all week end. Some guys get a BP lowering effect so its actually ideal if you have high BP. Also NO products will make the PDE5 work better so just take some IronMagLabs Bodybuilding Supplements & Prohormones: Nitro4 during the week.

    I get a stuffy nose w Viagra, and if I go above 50 mg ill get ringing in my ears and a headache.

    Do you guys drink while taking them ? I am wondering about the swelling maybe because I mixed with alcohol?

    I usually limit alcohol to one or two drinks when using Cialis.

    Why do you avoid it heavy? Are there contraindications?

    Thx for the link. I have read lots of info them as I do research anything before I dive in. I was more or less wondering in real time what guys were experiencing.

    Never taken them, but I know sudden hearing loss is a possible reaction. And I've definitely read convincing articles about anterior optic neuropathy
