I agree with you to some degree.
I see a lot of girls that prevoke or instigate attacks by the way they dress, or like you say the way they conduct themselves by partying to much and not being able to look out for themselves. But while that is wrong, it doesn't make it right for any guy to walk up and have their way with them. Most of these girls that invite trouble like this are young and nieve and don't know any better. Many are lured into stuff like Girls Gone Wild without really knowing what they're getting into. The people to bust are those bastards that lure these young girls into this stuff. I know they share in much of the responsibility, but again many are just young and nieve and think there is no harm in getting a little fame and fortune. They don't realize it is a form of pornography and how they have to carry that with themselves the rest of their lives.

Would you think the same if one was your daughter? (well not care I mean, and feel that they don't affect you). People make mistakes, and again with the way many of these girls are exploited for their bodies, being as young as they are, sometimes they are not thinking clearly. I seen a documentary on how these bastards lure many of these girls into things like Girls Gone Wild and catch them while they are in a club drinking and buzzed. This is when they try to present them with many of these offers. Opportunities look much different when your buzzed. Again, I agree with you in some sense. Many of these girls do know what they are doing, but many again are lured in under very manipulating circumstances.
