if I have sex or jerk it before training my workouts suck balls and I seem to loose 15-20% of strength and stamina. I'm sure it's mostly in my head though.

Strictly to further research into this topic, i have conducted an experiment.
Ive had sex pretty much every night this week, the nights i didnt have sex i "beat off".
The good points - I had 4 PRs this week. Ive put put on a lb of weight.
The downsides - A slight cock ache.
Obviously ill have to do more experimentation, but i can safely say it makes little difference.

The only concern with respect to bodybuilding and boxing would be overtraining the the arm in use. Not sure how much work is required in this activity to cause a lack of recovery after an arm workout.
