    sorry guy, i dont know where to post this thread,
    i would like to ask that "Ejectculation or sex affect muscle growth and stamina ?"

    we should we do or eat after sex ? and how many time for a bodybuilder will have sex in a week ???

    sorry if u feel this question is stupid , i just need to know

    there are ABSOLUTELY no negative effects on anabolism from ejaculating, that is a very old unsubstantiated myth that needs to die
