How come more female/ladies bodybuilders don't injest sperm for proteins

Just curious why a lot of femal bodybuilders/fitness gurus don't take in proteins from their male counterparts? according to Oprah, an average jizz has about 15-20gm of protein.. pure any thots?

Oprah's full of shit. Semen has negligible, if any protein. It's made up mostly of sugars to nourish the little soldiers. And it has negligible testosterone.
