Just re-read what was posted carefully.

If you do not believe what was posted, do some research into the origin yourself - do NOT just accept what anyone or any religion just tells you.

Find out the SOURCE(S) of the prohibition and the WHY yourself and see if you do not have a much better understanding and see if you do not see the bull that has been fostered regarding the prohibition against Homosexuality and BiSexuality.

Religions in the past - and even present - have fought with each other over who's religion was the "right" one - or "wrong". In the past especially they killed each other over who was "right" and who was "wrong". As a result of this fighting there were many killed and injured - MEN especially. During this time and before, and since actually, Men have been having Sex with Men - it is something that always has happened it being a natural occurance in Nature of which Man is a natural part. Because there was a tremendous amount of Men dying in these Holy Wars there was a need for more Men to "fight the fight". Look at Botany. Look at Biology. Heterosexuality, BiSexuality and Homosexuality ARE NATURAL VARIATIONS of Sexuality - each other their purpose(s). NATURALLY!! CORRECTLY!!

This is the Sexual Health section of your Board is it not? Are we not supposed to be adults here and discuss things as grown up people? Mature individuals? If not, when is it that people become mature enough and adult enough to discuss subjects of any nature? All aspects of Sex and Sexuality are a part of the health of people. Not discussing all aspects does not allow for people to understand - notice I did not say accept I said understand. Each person has their own "identification" within and without as to who they are and are not - TALKING AND DISCUSSING OPENLY AND OBJECTIVELY helps all people understand and that is how we find out about life as it actually is not as people wish it to be based on what they learn that might have bigtory and hatred attached.

No one is forced to read anything posted - by myself or by others. It is entirely up to each individual to select for themselves what interests them. Those that "object" to what I say can freely check out what I have to say as to its validity and truthfulness and accuracy. Believe me I am not going to say something knowingly that will not "pan out". There are those that would love to find fault with anything I have to say.

I respect all other people's right to discuss as they should for me - this is a country that is supposed to be equal opportunity and freedom of speech. I do not abuse those rights. I am a veteran. I understand where you are coming from.

I can ask you the very same question: HOW do YOU KNOW - how could YOU possibly KNOW this NOT to be a FACT as I have put it forth to others? Do YOU have evidence to the contrary? Unless someone stands before you face-to-face there is no proof and you could even stretch it further and say how do we know, IF tapes and recordings were available, they were not "tainted".... Certainly there is VERY GOOD REASON(S) to QUESTION the claims made by everyone.

And you can say, "yes, but you have to have faith..." - well, that is possible BUT people are told Santa Claus is real too or how about the Tooth Fairy... For sure the Bible was written by men, over 40 and over a long period of time - written by human beings, people with their strengths and their weaknesses as with any human being and their personal aggenda(s) - (and in THIS part of the world(!!!!) if you look at it today, and it is NOT any different then it was in the time of Christ, I HIGHLY DOUBT there is ANY credibility with regard to anything that comes out of the Middle East - look at the BULLSHIT that has ALWAYS happened in this area of the world!!!) Bio-Chem says that "silence denotes approval" (HIS words, not mine, but since he and some others here are in the business of "damning others" for their supposed "sins" I think it incumbent upon those being attacked to at least give their side of the subject. I like being as totally objective as is human possible about everything. SEEING things from ALL sides of it TRUTHFULLY AND ACCURATELY AND COMPLETELY. There is no other way to find truth truthfully.

Remember that Heterosexuality, BiSexuality and Homosexuality DO EXIST in Nature and the Natural World and always has and human beings, whether they like it or not, approve of it or not, agree with it or not, that does not change the FACTS. Variation - variety - exists in ALL THINGS in life and in living, Sex and Sexuality is a part of that life and that living.

You raise a good point. Now, you need to see the discussion from ALL sides and do that with a completely open mind. You do display the ability and desire to "ask and seek truthfully". Using common sense here is also imperative.

While we are all on this topic, we have to remember that Men, that lived during the time when the "Prohibition" first appeared, DID what THEY WANTED and as they saw it. They were very unlikely to listen to much of anything. They lived freely. They DID what came natural to them. With this in mind it is completely understandable that SOME would want to "stop" what comes natural to others especially if those so involved ENJOYED what they were doing and FOUND IT TO BE COMPLETELY RIGHT AND ACCEPTABLE. Certainly some, as with anyone, abused others, but like anything else this does not include the ALL of everyone, only some - that is no reason to damn all.

You also have to ask youself: "How is it that so many Men found relationships with other Men to be so right?" A question like this is best answered by those so involved if they chose to make their private lives the business of someone else. Otherwise it is always between those so involved. It IS truly a personal matter between those that care for each other honestly.

Having honest feelings for another - as long as they are of age and ability of consent and give that consent freely - feelings that include mutual respect, honor, dignity, etc., is what is paramount.

I dont propose that your view is crap just that one statement. I have researched the bible through various concordances and the previous texts extensively and agree with some of your points. I just wouldnt make such a blanket statement about something that is impossible to know.
