Then all you have to do is say it was consentual and she agreed to have sex. If she was stone drunk she wouldn't remember anyway and it would be near impossible to prove it wasnt consentual.

She's just been drinking all night, and now you're taking her home (see above). Hopefully to get some action. You want to minimze the distance from drinking to sex.
